I worked security and got to see free concerts as a teen and with my dad's landscaping company before radio was a great learning experience. Never had a job I didn't like.

Celebrating Tony Monaco – Recipient of the Order of Vaughan
It is with great pleasure that I share some outstanding news. Last night, in a ceremony presided by Mayor DelDuca and other city officials, Tony Monaco was awarded the Order of Vaughan in the category of Media & Communications.
This honour represents the highest civic recognition in the City of Vaughan. It recognizes Tony’s decades of service, and his unwavering dedication to the community that have a lasting and meaningful impact. His work both on-air and behind the scenes has strengthened our stations, deepened our community ties, and exemplified the very best of broadcasting.
