The animated film SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE is NUMBER 1 at the North American Box Office earning $120.5 million over the weekend!
The movie beat expectations to score the second-biggest opening weekend of the year, behind “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” with $146 million and earned the third-biggest opening weekend for any “Spider-Man” film.
“Across the Spider-Verse” took in another $88.1 million from 59 territories in its international box office debut, led by China with $17.3 million. The worldwide total is $208.6 million opening weekend!

Last week’s Number 1 The Little Mermaid placed second followed by The Boogeyman at 3, Guardians at 4 and Fast X which was Number 1, two weeks ago slipped to Number 5.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie, About My Father, The Machine, You Hurt My Feeling and Kandahar round out the Top 10 at the North American Weekend Box Office.
