Wednesday star, Jenna Ortega has been rumored to be possibly part of the second installment from the original 1988 movie, Beetlejuice!
Ortega has been in the news recently with her newest movie, Scream IV being released to theatres this weekend! The new Beetlejuice movie is now in the news because of Ortega’s recent rise to fame with her role in “Wednesday.”
Tim Burton, directed the original film starring Michael Keaton. Burton is expected to return, with Keaton returning as well. Production will begin late May or early June in London, but budget has not been set, resulting in a back and forth. Sources say Ortega would play the daughter of Lydia, the character played by Winona Ryder in the original.
