Toronto’s very own DRAKE is celebrating his 37th birthday today and for the second year in a row the generous 6 God is giving you a gift at Dave’s Hot Chicken!
On Tuesday October 24 guests can get a free sandwich from 11am to 9pm at all of its locations. In the US download the app and in Canada guests need to show they’re following “DHC” on Instagram or TikTok to get their free slider!
Dave’s Hot Chicken started as a pop-up in an East Hollywood parking lot in 2017 and has grown with locations across the U.S. and a few here in the GTA.
The chain was launched in 2021 here in the North in Toronto’s Parkdale neighbourhood.
Drake took notice of the brand and became a “significant investor” according to the chain although reports say he has a minority stake. The details were never made public.
Tuesday’s offer is valid in-store only.

Drake kicked off his birthday celebration in fine fashion with star studded bartenders in Miami including Aaron Paul & Bryan Cranston (Jesse and Walter from Breaking Bad) serving NEGRONI drinks at his Birthday Bash! They were promoting their mezcal brand, Dos Hombres.

Drake said after wrapping up his 2 concerts in Toronto that he is taking a break from music and touring for possibly a year or more to focus on his health but right now he is focused on his birthday celebrations!
