Adele who is looking and feeling great said she has quit drinking alcohol and the 35 year old singing superstar also “cut out caffeine” from her daily routine.
I guess she’s not drinking WINE any more! If you recall on her fourth studio album “30” in 2021 she released a track “I Drink Wine” in which she sings about turning to the bottle in times of hardship. “When I was a child / Every single thing could blow my mind / Soaking it all up for fun / But now I only soak up wine”
In Oct. 2021, Adele told Vogue that the COVID lockdowns had her drinking “earlier and earlier” every day.
She previously admitted in multiple interviews including telling Oprah about her drinking issues and now The 16-time Grammy winner told fans in Las Vegas that she quit drinking about three months ago and said she was a “borderline alcoholic”
“I stopped drinking maybe like three and a half months ago” she said during her performance at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. “I mean, I was literally borderline alcoholic for quite a lot of my 20s, but I miss it so much.”
Adele previously revealed that she “stopped drinking” after her divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki, as well as her estranged dad Mark Evans’ passed away in May 2021.

She said to a fan on Saturday night “So enjoy your whiskey sour. I’m very, very jealous”
We wish Adele all the best and continued good health and happiness with her current man Rich Paul. She told ELLE “I’ve never been in love like this. I’m obsessed with him.”
