Patrick was asked how he feels about being named “Sexiest” and said “It’s great… it’s fun, it’s a tremendous honor… you know it’s good for your ego… certainly at my age it’s fun… I’m loving it!”
57 year old Patrick Dempsey starred as Dr Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd on Grey’s Anatomy from 2005-2015 and the “Enchanted” films and the forthcoming “Ferrari” movie on Christmas Day said “I’m glad it’s happening at this point in my life. It’s nice to have the recognition, and certainly my ego takes a little bump, but it gives me the platform to use it for something positive.”

Patrick talks about his love and wonderful communication with his wife Jillian (Fink) Dempsey. They were married in 1999. In 2015 she had filed for divorce but called it off and reconciled later that year. They have 3 children together. Patrick was previously married in 1987 and divorced in 1994. His first wife Rocky Parker passed away in 2014.
