BURT YOUNG best known for playing the iconic role of Rocky Balboa’s Brother In Law and Adrian’s Brother PAULIE PENNINO in 6 ROCKY MOVIES passed away at 83 on Sunday Octobet 8th in LA according to his daughter Anne Morea Steingieser. 🙏
Young was born Gerald Tommaso DeLouise of Italian descent in Corona, Queens New York.
Young’s resume included more than 160 film and tv credits including Chinatown, The Gambler, Once Upon a Time in America and made his acting debut in the NBC daytime drama The Doctors in 1969.
Burt also appeared on The Rockford Files, Baretta, Law & Order, Walker, Texas Ranger, All In The Family, MASH, Miami Vice, The Sopranos and more.
SLY STALLONE posted a photo on his Instgram of his long time friend with the caption “To my Dear Friend BURT YOUNG, you were an incredible man’s and artist, I and the World will miss you very much…RIP”
