[Video] Lizzo Appears On The Simpsons This Sunday

Melissa Viviane Jefferson aka International recording artist, singer, rapper, actress LIZZO has truly hit the big time and can cross off another box on her bucket list with an appearance on the iconic series The Simpsons this Sunday!

LIZZO has made several appearance in recent months. In February, she performed a cookie flute for Elmo while on Sesame Street, and in April, Lizzo appeared on The Mandalorian alongside Jack Black

The “Truth Hurts” singer posted a video on Instagram with the caption “Every Icon has been on @thesimpsons — now I can add my name to the list! Thank you to the whole team for making this a dream come true 💖 (yes I’m wearing @yitty and playing @sashabefluting ) !!!!”

LIZZO plays herself in the episode and the video shows Lizzo playing her flute Sasha and doing voice acting with Homer before the co-directors Lisa and Bart suggest it’s time for Lizzo to slap their dad. “Seems a bit excessive to me, but hey, you’re the kid” Bart decides to slap his dad to a beat “This beat is fire, yo Lisa, how about I get Sasha the flute and you get your saxomophone and we, uh, jam!”

LIZZO is clearly a big fan of the show and dressed as Marge Simpson for Halloween 2022.
