The 95th Academy Awards will be live from the Dolby Theatre in LA on ABC hosted by Jimmy Kimmel on Sunday March 12. Jimmy previously hosted in 2017 and 2018. Perhaps Matt Damon will walk up to the stage and slap Jimmy and add fuel to the fire for their well documented “fake feud” where Kimmel always runs out of time and Damon doesn’t appear on his show.

Last year sadly more people talked more about Will Smith losing his temper and slapping Chris Rock on stage defending the honour of his wife Jada Pinkett Smith than the actual movies. Will is banned from the Oscars Gala and other Academy events for 10 years. Only time will tell if the ban is reduced and lifted.
Lady Gaga, is nominated for “Hold My Hand” from “Top Gun: Maverick.” Lady Gaga co-wrote the song with BloodPop and it’s her fourth nomination. She won the OSCAR in 2029 for “Shallow” along with with Bradley Cooper.
Diane Warren received her 14th Oscar nomination with “applause” from “Tell It Like a Woman.” The iconic songwriter was recognized with an honorary Oscar at the Governors Awards in 2022.
