On Saturday, Lady Gaga’s Chromatica Ball show in Miami was canceled due to a storm. Gaga made the decision to call off the remainder of her concert at the Hard Rock Stadium with 6 songs left in her set list due to an unpredictable storm.
Gaga broke the news to fans on stage in Miami, explaining that she didn’t want to put her little monsters in harm’s way. “I’m sorry that we can’t finish but I don’t want to put your life in danger and I don’t want to put our life in danger. So thank you, get home safely, god bless you, and thank you for coming to the show. Please go home.”
I love you little monsters, forever xoxo, Mother Monster #WeLoveYouGaga #ChromaticaBallMiami I’m sorry I used my best judgment, it wasn’t safe.

After the show Lady Gaga broke down in tears apologizing for cancelling the rest of the show and explained lightning shots in Miami was the reason she pulled the plug for her safety and crew and the safety of everybody in attendance. As much as she wants to be that hardcore B she said she had to be responsible and loving as much as she wanted to do an epic performance of “Rain On Me” in the rain! She wrapped up her video saying “Chromatica will never be over… because Chromatica is about healing.”
Gaga also posted an image with another not to her fans “I’m sorry i couldn’t finish the show it was too dangerous the lightening was being unpredictable and changing moment by moment, I love you. Look, for years some of you have called me “mother monster,” in my heart I knew it was better to keep you safe. Thank you for believing in me. This was the greatest tour of my life and I will cherish this moment forever—it took a long time for me to heal, but I did. Sure, OF COURSE, I wanted to sing rain on me for you in the rain. “I’d rather be dry, but at least I’m alive”—I guess somehow I knew this moment would happen and I am so grateful to you, my dancers, my band the whole crew everyone my family and friends. Safety first. Love you. Thank you for the flowers and the cheers and for understanding. Life matters.
