Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema have premiered the first trailer for its DC live-action superhero film “Black Adam” from Warner Bros. Pictures.
Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods, and imprisoned just as quickly, Black Adam (Dwayne Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.
He is joined by the live-action film introduction of the Justice Society of America and co-stars include Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman along with Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Bodhi Sabongui and more.
This trailer six comes over half a year after a brief glimpse of footage was released as a part of the DC Fandome event. Jaume Collet-Serra helms the film from a screenplay written by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani.
“Black Adam” will open in cinemas and on IMAX screens on October 21st!
