Three In Custody After Multiple Robberies In Milton Yesterday

Halton Police have arrested three of four suspects in connection with multiple robberies in Milton. Yesterday six incidents were reported in parking lots including the Real Canadian Superstore and the First Ontario Arts Centre. The victims were allegedly robbed of their cellphones, money, watches and backpacks. Staff Sergeant Paul Davies said an increased number of officers were on hand for the afternoon shift to search for the suspects. Police said the suspects were considered armed and dangerous. Three of four suspects, including two youths, have since been arrested and charged with multiple counts of robbery. A fourth suspect allegedly stole a bicycle and fled the area. He remains at large, said police. Some stolen property has been recovered.
