The Leafs Have Traded Enroth And Picked Up McElhinney From Columbus

The Toronto Maple Leafs have traded goaltender Jhonas Enroth to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for a seventh round draft pick in next year’s draft. Enroth signed as a free agent with the Leafs in the off-season but struggled this year. Enroth is 0-3-1 in four starts. Earlier in the day, Toronto claimed goaltender Curtis McElhinney off waivers from Columbus yesterday. McElhinney is a six-foot-three goalie from London, Ontario.  He has a 2-1-2 record this season with a .924 save percentage and 2.39 goals-against average.
