Life is all about unforgettable memories especially for a 13 year old Patriots fan from Scituate Massachusetts. Ryan McKenna’s team didn’t win Superbowl 52 but it’s been a memorable week and more on the way. Justin Timberlake was amazing during the Pepsi Half Time Show at the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota where The Philadelphia Eagles upset The New England Patriots 41-33 to win their first ever Superbowl. Towards the end of Justin’s performance of “Can’t Fight This Feeling” he went into the stands and took a selfie with Ryan known worldwide now as the #SuperbowlSelfieKid. The photo and memes went viral after Justin stopped and took a pic with him. Ryan appeared on The Ellen Show and told his story and talked about the internet memes and his phone issues. Ryan said “Yeah, so all the memes, I’ve seen those. I had a video that I had that I was … because my dad told me that he was coming up, so I pushed up there. But I had the video of when I was going to Justin, and then, I have the iPhone 6 and so that thing’s slow, so it just shut off, and that’s why all the memes formed. Like ‘Who is Justin Timberlake?’ and ‘What are the words to CAN’T STOP THE FEELING!?’ But I had to get the camera back out to get the selfie with Justin.” Check out the surprise Ellen gave Ryan in the video below. After the show Ryan added another celebrity selfie to Instagram and said “Thank you so much @theellenshow for having me on…I will never forget this moment for the rest of my life.”
