Harvey Weinstein’s Contract Allowed For Sexual Harassment

The employment contract for Harvey Weinstein was released by TMZ this week, and it shows a sexual harassment clause. Apparently, Harvey was so bad for having to pay off women he harassed, that the contract (written in 2015) included a harassment clause. Any “misconduct” that results in a settlement or judgment against The Company, would have Harvey paying out a fine (out of pocket) and a small fine to the company. It means the company actually had no grounds in firing him recently. No word if Harvey will argue the firing once he is back from getting help.
