Ed Sheeran Was Awarded With A Huge Honour, A Title From Queen Elizabeth II

Ed Sheeran received one of the highest honours that an Englishman could receive: a title from Queen Elizabeth II.The Queen’s annual Birthday Honors list included a special title for Ed Sheeran, an MBE (Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire).  He is receiving the honour for all his services to both charity and music.  In his Instagram  “chuffed” at the MBE, which means “thrilled” in Brit speak.  An MBE may be the lowest of five classes of appointment to the Order, but still an outstanding honour. The top is a knighthood, which has been granted to such legends as Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney and Sir Mick Jagger.

Chuffed to be awarded an MBE for services to charity and music, thanks for all your lovely messages x
