Applebee’s Is Serving Up Free Meals For Vets On Remembrance Day

On Sunday, Nov. 11, veterans and active duty Canadian military service members can eat for free at Applebee’s across the country.  “For the 11th year, all veterans and active duty military are invited to visit their local Applebee’s on Remembrance Day to enjoy a free full-size entrée from a selection of eight fan favorites,” says Applebee’s on its website.  “All our Applebee’s in Canada are proud to once again honour Canada’s past and present service men and women for the sacrifices they make to keep the country safe,” says a company spokesperson.

Food options include:

  • Classic Bacon Cheeseburger
  • 6 oz. USDA Select Top Sirloin
  • Chicken Tenders Platter
  • Double Crunch Shrimp
  • Fiesta Lime Chicken
  • Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad
  • Oriental Chicken Salad
  • Three-Cheese Chicken Penne
